About the project
Institutional rebranding and full website restructuring project developed for First Answer, a company focused on monitoring and optimizing brand visibility across AI-driven search environments such as Google AI and generative platforms.
In this project, I was responsible for the strategic repositioning of the brand’s digital presence, including UI/UX redesign, content restructuring, and full implementation in WordPress. The goal was to transition the website from a SaaS-oriented communication style to a more enterprise-focused positioning, aligned with inside sales and high-value B2B operations.
The main challenge was transforming a technically complex solution — AI search visibility monitoring and GEO strategy — into a clear, authoritative, and decision-oriented digital experience. The communication needed to sound more professional and consistent, reducing excessive technical language while reinforcing credibility, strategic impact, and executive-level relevance.
I redesigned the user journey to guide enterprise marketing leaders logically: first presenting the shift in how brands are discovered through AI, then positioning First Answer as a strategic system for control and competitive advantage, and finally directing visitors toward high-intent conversion paths such as “Schedule a diagnosis” and “Talk to a specialist.”
The pricing structure was also reorganized to reflect a maturity-based model, presenting entry-level plans as validation paths while positioning the full enterprise solution as a customized, consultative engagement. Visually, I incorporated dynamic product mockups, AI interface simulations, and stronger visual hierarchy to reinforce authority, clarity, and sophistication.
The result is a more strategic, conversion-oriented, and enterprise-aligned website that strengthens First Answer’s positioning as a trusted partner in AI visibility — not merely a monitoring tool, but a system designed to influence decision-making and generate measurable business impact.
