Comprehensive reconstruction, responsiveness optimization, and sophisticated UI overhaul for Agência MAK, a prominent Live Marketing agency.

In this project, I was tasked with a critical mission: rescuing and stabilizing a complex website built on Framer that suffered from severe structural instability and responsiveness issues. My role involved auditing the entire project to fix "broken" layouts, ensuring a fluid experience across all devices, and implementing a series of high-level design refinements to align the site with the agency’s premium positioning.

The main challenge was the high-stakes environment and a tight delivery window. I restructured the site's architecture to eliminate layout shifts, optimized heavy video assets for high performance, and migrated legacy content from WordPress to the Framer CMS. I moved the project from a "desktop-only" state to a fully responsive, professional ecosystem, ensuring that every interaction—from dynamic timelines to service transitions—functioned with precision.

Visually, I led a "sophistication overhaul," standardizing UI elements such as borders, filters, and color palettes to create a more cohesive and authoritative brand voice. I integrated key industry credentials (such as GPTW and Global Compact seals) and developed custom interactive components, including a dynamic history timeline and optimized video overlays.

The result is a stable, high-performance, and visually striking platform that reflects Agência MAK’s expertise in creating memorable experiences. This project highlights my technical mastery of Framer and my ability to turn a failing digital asset into a sophisticated tool for business growth under strict deadlines.
